Here at Sprint-Ink our aim is to keep you happy with your products purchased from us. But we realise, that occasionally you may need to return them.
We’ve made returning an item simple, we believe, you as a customer, shouldn’t have to waste your valuable time on the telephone or writing emails when you have a problem. Of course, you can call or email us if you wish, the number and email address is at the top of every page of our website.
To allow us to process your returns request in the quickest and most efficient way possible, please download the form below, save it to your device, open the form, complete and save again and return to us at email@example.com, it’s only a few lines to complete and we will do the rest.
Please include a test print (if applicable) and serial numbers/codes from the faulty item(s)
What happens next?
Return your form to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review your completed form and decide on the best course of action to process your return in the quickest way. We will then advise by email you of your Return Number and any other information applicable to your return.
Most issues can normally be resolved within an hour and replacement items dispatched for next day delivery.
